Abstract

La ciudad patrimonial. Formas, lógicas, apuestas y estrategias se basa en trabajos realizados por antropólogos, sociólogos, historiadores y arquitectos (en su mayoría mujeres) con gran trayectoria en el estudio del patrimonio y el turismo en ciudades con características diversas (pequeñas urbes y grandes capitales). Bajo la dirección de Caroline de Saint Pierre, se han reunido las producciones de investigadoras e investigadores de distintas partes del mundo para indagar acerca de una problemática presente en todas ellas: el quehacer patrimonial. Esta recopilación de artículos presenta avances de trabajo de campo y análisis que tienen el potencial de otorgar gran riqueza tanto teórica como metodológica a quienes realicen trabajos relacionados dentro de estas áreas.
