Reflexiones sobre la reconfiguración del movimiento popular argentino ante el proceso de restauración del proyecto neoliberal

Resumen

El presente artículo tiene como propósito realizar un ensayo de periodización de la reconfiguración del movimiento popular argentino ante el proceso de restauración del proyecto neoliberal iniciado el 10 de diciembre de 2015 con la llegada de Mauricio Macri a la Casa Rosada. Con ese objetivo, se presenta el concepto de ecuación social como forma de concebir el papel desempeñado por la institucionalidad sindical en dicho proceso de reconfiguración. A la vez, se plantea como elemento distintivo de la época la difracción existente entre la dimensión social de expresión del conflicto y la dimensión de representación política de la creciente disconformidad popular. A partir de esos conceptos, se desarrolla una descripción de los desplazamientos y oscilaciones que se producen en el movimiento popular en el contexto de diferentes temporalidades que van asumiendo la política y la economía, tomando como punto de partida para tal ejercicio un texto clásico del sociólogo chileno Manuel Antonio Garreton. Finalmente, se presentan algunas reflexiones finales e interrogantes sobre el porvenir del proceso social argentino.

Reflections on the reconfiguration of Argentine popular movement in the process of restoring the neoliberal project

Abstract

This article aims to conduct a periodization essay on the reconfiguration of the Argentine popular movement in the process of restoration of the neoliberal project, which has begun on December 10, 2015 with the arrival of Mauricio Macri at the government. With this purpose, the concept of social equation is presented as a way of conceiving the role played by the union institutionality in this reconfiguration process. At the same time, the diffraction between the social dimension of conflict expression and the dimension of political representation of the growing popular discontent is raised as a distinctive element of the time. Based on these concepts, a description of the displacements and oscillations that take place in the popular movement is developed in the context of different temporalities that politics and economy assume, taking as a starting point for such exercise a classic text of the Chilean sociologist Manuel Antonio Garreton. As a conclusion, the article presents some final reflections and questions about the future of the Argentine social process.
