La estrategia de sindicalización de la FORA del IXº en el oriente entrerriano (1917-1921).

Resumen

El presente trabajo trata la estrategia de agremiación desarrollada por la Federación Obrera Regional Argentina (F.O.R.A.), en su variante “sindicalista” o “del IXº Congreso”, para el oriente de la provincia de Entre Ríos, entre los años 1917 a 1921.
La F.O.R.A. IXº planteó desde su congreso en 1915 la necesidad de organizar al proletariado de toda la república, y para ello se desarrollan diferentes estrategias o metodologías que iban desde el simple reparto de su periódico gremial hasta “giras” a las cuales viajaba un representante de la central gremial y planteaba la necesidad de la organización a los trabajadores locales. Lo más interesante es conocer cómo esto se realizó, ya que a través de la militancia gremial, Entre Ríos pasó de ser una de las provincias más atrasadas en materia gremial a uno de los focos más activos del país.

The strategy of unionization of the FORA IX th in eastern Entre Ríos (1917-1921).

This paper addresses the unionization strategy developed by the “Federación Obrera Regional Argentina” (FORA), in its variant "syndicalist" or "the IX th Congress", to the east of the province of Entre Rios, between 1917 and 1921.
The F.O.R.A. IX th Congress raised since 1915 the need to organize the proletariat of the whole republic, and to do develop different strategies or methodologies ranging from simple distribution of its newspaper guild to "tour" which traveled to a representative of the central union and raised the necessity to organize local workers. The most interesting is to know how this was done, since through trade union militancy, Entre Rios went from being one of the most backward provinces in union to one of the country's most active foci.
