Trabajo, pobreza y género: un análisis desde la Sociología de los cuerpos y las emociones de los conflictos en las mujeres recolectoras de residuos de Córdoba (Argentina)

Resumen

En el presente artículo se analiza la relación entre los componentes estructurales, intersubjetivos y subjetivos presentes en las experiencias cotidianas de las mujeres recolectoras de residuos, identificando las situaciones conflictivas que atraviesan sus cuerpos. Este grupo de mujeres se ubica en el cruce de las redes de conflicto que conforman los procesos estructurales de feminización del trabajo y la pobreza. Pero además, los cuerpos de las mujeres en contacto con la basura en las calles despiertan la compasión y el solidarismo, el rechazo y la sanción o, la alegría por trabajar en el servicio doméstico.

Work, poverty and gender: an analysis from the Sociology of the bodies and the emotions of the conflicts in the women pickers of garbage of Córdoba (Argentina)

In this article analyzes the relationship between the structural and subjective components present in the daily experiences of women pickers of garbage, identifying the conflict situations facing their bodies. This group of women is located in the crossing of the networks of conflict that make up structural processes of the feminization of labor and poverty. But in addition, the bodies of women in contact with the garbage in the streets generate compassion and the solidarism, rejection and punishment or, the joy to work in the domestic service.
