Mindfulness: Assessment instruments. A bibliographic review.

Abstract


Current psychological research has paid special attention to the psychological process of continuous monitoring of inner experience, i.e., mindfulness (da Costa da Silveira, A., 2017). This paper aims to present a review of scales that have been used to evaluate mindfulness, based on the search in different databases, such Redalyc, Scielo, Latindex, PsycInfo and Pubmed, using as keywords mentioned below.
