Language games of Terror

Abstract

This article reviews the philosophical conception of Wittgenstein about the difference between first and third person regarding the assignment of emotions. In the first part, we contextualize these concepts within its framework: the Philosophy of Psychology of Wittgenstein as Tomasini said. In the second part, this conception is confronted with some results achieved by the Semiotics of Horror, through the analysis of a horror story: The outsider of H. P. Lovecraft.
