University Radios in Brazil. Different Ways of Directing the Programming Flow
Abstract
This article is part of the cartography of university radio broadcasting in Brazil, which has been in progress for two years. It assembles information obtained in an exploratory survey about the characteristics of 16 AM/ FM and web stations’ programming schedules. In doing so, we aim to understand the different ways in which the programming f low is directed towards its audiences and also to apply a methodology for the analysis of sound content, which takes into account the specificities of radio communication.
