In 2009 there was a regulatory process in Argentina for audiovisual communication services. In this context, Article 65 regulates the shares of national and national independent music that must be included by radio stations in their contents. In the present work, an analysis is carried out on the level of compliance with said regulation by the six radios with the highest rating of the country in different periods, in order to determine if the regulatory process has had any degree of impact in the musical programming of those radios.
