Abstract
This essay shows the first analitical approach on the programming of the public radio owned by the State. The object of study is all the written documents that have come up along the radio’s history. The documents are evidence of the goals and procedures proposed for the radio broadcast and the current situation as well. The subject of this essay is bounded to a more detailed essay that is being prepared, which has as its central goal the observation of music through the public broadcast. Thus in this paper we have chosen to study the programming of those radio stations dedicated exclusively to music broadcasting throughout the day. In this manner we intend to understand the ideological structure shown by the programming, and also its conflict territory.
