After the constitutive tension between the Keynesian dimension and Populist dimension in the Argentinean National Government politics and communication, appeared and acquired its defined contours its defined contours the macrista discourse as provider of reason. This is because this function of reason provider was also, although in different ways, in the rest of the local governments since the autonomy of the city was established. Post politics means a horizontal and rational dialogue between equal individuals that reach consensus, without conflict and without fighting forces. Once the conflict is identified as an external element in social relations —a conflict based only on the psychology or the style of rulers— Macri and the city emerge as providers of reason, dialogue and consensus, within an ambiance of national politics dominated by tension and irrational conflict. This equal and rational subjects dialogue and reach accords without the need of force or confrontation.
