¿Cuáles son los derechos humanos de las personas migrantes vigentes en Argentina?

Los derechos humanos constituyen la ruta de navegación de muchos Estados en la actualidad. Argentina es un Estado alta parte contratante de esos instrumentos internacionales de protección. En el país coexisten dos sistemas de protección de derechos humanos (el Sistema Interamericano y el Sistema Universal) que contienen tratados internacionales con valores generales. Este escrito pretende hacer un breve recuento de las normas internacionales ratificadas por la Argentina en materia de protección de los derechos de las personas migrantes, documentando las posibles incoherencias entre los documentos de derechos humanos. Se entenderá la norma como creadora de realidades y de situaciones que perpetúan los sistemas capitalistas de producción donde las personas migrantes terminan por ser “trabajo vivo”.

Abstract

Human rights are the navigation path of many states today.Argentina is a High Contracting Party status of these international instruments of protection. In the country there are two systems of human rights protection (the Inter-American System and the Universal System) international treaties containing general values. This paper aims to give a brief account of international standards ratified by Argentina in the protection of the rights of migrants, documenting the potential inconsistencies of human rights documents. The norm is understood as creating realities and situations that perpetuate capitalist systems of production where migrants end up being "living labor".
