Reconocimiento y redistribución de la riqueza. Acerca de la justicia ética en el Sistema de la Eticidad de Hegel

La tesis que intento justificar en este artículo es que, en el Sistema de la Eticidad de Hegel, la redistribución de la riqueza, que se realiza mediante el sistema de impuestos justo ejecutado por el gobierno para paliar las desigualdades económicas generadas por el comercio, constituye la justicia ética en cuanto equidad económica de todos los miembros del pueblo. Mostraré que esta forma de justicia implica el autogobierno del pueblo, al que le es inherente el reconocimiento real de todos sus miembros qua seres de necesidades vitales realmente efectivos necesitados de las posesiones reales que las satisfacen. Sostendré asimismo que la justicia ética así comprendida excede la justicia jurídica y constituye un tipo de justicia ético-espiritual que asume los límites de la justicia civil y penal.Referencias
