De la siembra neoliberal a la destrucción libertaria. Pensar la Política Social para la reconstrucción de una sociedad respetuosa

Resumen: Propone que es urgente repensar y reconsiderar las intervenciones sociales para reconstituir una sociedad fundada en algunos principios éticos básicos, como el reconocimiento mutuo y el respeto y la dignidad de las personas. Comparando la profundización de las distancias sociales y de la desigualdad expresadas en el aumento simultáneo de la riqueza concentrada en pocos patrimonios, y de la pobreza, con mayor incidencia en segmentos más jóvenes de la población, propone concentrar aquí la mirada y agudizar la imaginación política para proyectar acciones que contribuyan a la reconstitución de lazos sociales y la reinvención la comunidad política (la nación) más allá de los espacios locales. Summary The article addresses the conditions of social disarticulation in Argentina, which occurred over decades of the development of a neoliberal culture and the normalization of extreme and disrespectful individualism. The result of this process has led to the current libertarian government. (according to the version and meaning given in the Argentine current). It argues that its project is not consistent with anything that could be called social policy and its replacement by a human capital organization, because from the perspective of the ideology that sustains it, each human being is capital in and of themselves. The social, in turn, is also unthinkable because in this worldview there is nothing more than market exchanges, socially disembedded even, from the national territory. It proposes that it is urgent to rethink and reconsider social interventions to reconstruct a society founded on some basic ethical principles, such as mutual recognition and respect for the dignity of persons. The article recalls what has already been said many times: poverty, inequality and concentration of wealth have grown simultaneously and young people are known to be the main victims. From this starting point, the author proposes focusing our attention on this situation and sharpening our political imagination to project actions that contribute to the reconstruction of social links and the reinvention of the political community (the nation) beyond local spaces.
