Informes sociales sobre niñas, niños y adolescentes afectados por violencia familiar

Resumen:
La violencia que sufren niñas, niños y adolescentes en el ámbito familiar constituye un problema social y un objeto de conocimiento e intervención para diferentes disciplinas, incluyendo al Trabajo Social. En Argentina, su abordaje se encuentra regulado por marcos normativos que estipulan los derechos de las personas afectadas y las obligaciones de los agentes que toman conocimiento de ella. Entre estas, se incluye la elaboración de informes dirigidos a organismos proteccionales y judiciales, cuyo contenido puede favorecer o restringir el acceso a derechos de las presuntas víctimas debido a la capacidad de los destinatarios para tomar decisiones que influyan sobre sus vidas. Su desarrollo debería incluir una evaluación de riesgo, las interacciones entre las personas involucradas y su perspectiva y una sugerencia sobre cómo proceder para modificar la situación.
Proponer la producción de informes en estos términos implica, desde una apoyatura conceptual, la superación de rótulos estandarizados o ambigüedades y el sorteo de desafíos tales como el hecho de que su contenido puede no ser reservado, que algunas formas de maltrato se encuentran invisibilizadas y que ciertas estrategias de abordaje son inaccesibles a las personas.

Summary
Domestic violence against children is a social problem and an object of knowledge and intervention for different fields, including Social Work. In Argentina, its approach is regulated by laws that stipulate the rights the victims have and the duties of the agents that take contact with it. They include the writing of reports addressed to protectional agencies and the Justice system, due to the fact that its content can promote or limit access to rights, because of the authorities of those institutions can take decisions that might affect their lives. The text should include a risk assessment, the interactions between the people involved and their perspectives and a suggestion about how to proceed to modify the situation.
The making of social reports in these terms requires, with this theoretical background, to overcome standardized labels or ambiguities, and to sort out challenges such as the fact that the content might not be confidential, some ways of abuse are invisible and certain strategies are inaccessible to people.
