La teoría de responsabilidad de Scanlon: una respuesta contractualista al “problema de las múltiples manos”

El “problema de las manos múltiples” dificulta la identificación de responsables en las actividades colectivas. Aunque se han desarrollado diversas respuestas al problema, todas enfrentan serios cuestionamientos. En este trabajo reconstruyo la teoría contractualista desarrollada por Scanlon con el objetivo de salvar dicha insuficiencia y, quizás, ofrecer un marco que sirva para evaluar los problemas de responsabilidad que se suscitan en el ámbito público en general.Downloads
